I want to take the time to write a thank you note to your facility. My mother-in-law Catherine C., was at your facility from 5-24-24 to 6-20-24. I must say she was well cared for. Your staff that dealt with her was very professional and treated her well. My wife Sherry (Catherine’s daughter) and I want to thank you.
The staff here at The Earlwood have all been so nice and attentive to my Father. They gave me a call to let me know that he arrived from Torrance Memorial and was settled in. His meals have been prepared keeping his dietary restrictions in mind and the facility is clean and uncluttered.
Maricela who greeted me the first night it was magical. I felt like I had found my best friend. And Vicki the activities Director when she was gone, you could tell there was a big hole in the activities. She really rocked it! She always was enthusiastic and extremely energetic and interacted with thepatients. She is wonderful! Bernell had the kindest manner when he interacted with us. He is fantastic! Kelly and Luke were my primary PT individuals. They made sure I got the intense workouts I needed to prepare for returning home. I sent many thank you messages to the chef – I enjoyed many of the lunches and dinners she prepared for us.
New owners and the place is so beautiful 😍 now. Staff are caring and friendly, places looks very clean. So different from a year ago. Love Earlwood Healthcare in Torrance Ca.
My mother-in-law was well cared for there and enjoyed her stay. She has been to many of these types of facilities, and this one was one of her favorites based on the the kindness of the staff, responsiveness to her needs and, very important to her, the food.
In particular, Jennifer, Earlwood’s case manager, went above and beyond in order to ensure her well being and care, which we truly appreciated.
The staff at Earlwood works hard and does a really tough job. The food is pretty good (I tried it a couple of times), they have a lot of staff, and the linens are clean. My mom was there for over month and they did everything they could for her. I appreciated their help.
